  • This afternoon I leave for Amsterdam, which is one of the most tree-rich cities in all of Europe. The city has 400,000 trees, 75,000 of them are Elms.

    Something tells me I'm going to enjoy my stay.🙂

    I went there in 2004! Here is a snack you MUST try (and bring home as much as possible, I’ll buy some from you, hehe): Stroopwaffles. They’re gooey goodness between two waffle-like crunchy things. Great stuff. 🙂

    Dutch pancakes are worth a try, though I prefer American-style pancakes. Theirs don’t absorb syrup, it just kinda sits on top the pancake.

    And of course, get a prostitute. And some weed.
