Wow, these two guys from WWI days (Arthur Mole and John Thomas) makes the VT Thanks You look like a grade school project. They made national emblems such as the Liberty Bell out of soldiers. Thanks to Robert Airaghi for introducing me to their work!

2. Awesome article. I love how it went all meta there at the end with the living people being lost in nonliving emblems signifying a “community of death,” which “delimits the death of meaning,” which… Oww… My head hurts.
