Two quick notes about blog carnivals that published recently.

Diversity in Science
This issue of the Diversity in Science Carnival celebrated Black History Month. I didn’t have a fitting post, but I still managed to snag a link when the author, DNLee, described a post on Ryan’s blog. Speaking of which, she described Ryan as “becoming one of [her] favorite youth-centered computer science bloggers!” Booyah! :)
Carnival of Video Game Bloggers
And… the determined little Chocolate Space Invaders scored a mention in this month’s Carnival of Video Game Bloggers. :)

Yay! Another cicada sighting. A bush outside of the Smoketown Station Panera is sporting about a half dozen of them.

Someone found some mallards eating the run-off seeds from Grandma's birdfeeder!
